With over 20 years of experience in medical aesthetics, Sara Manzella brings advanced clinical knowledge and refined artistry to every treatment at Fifth & Derm. Originally trained in New York, Sara was among the early group of aestheticians working alongside plastic surgeons in a clinical setting, helping pioneer the integration of advanced skincare treatments within medical practices.

Sara worked closely with respected physicians throughout her career, most notably Dr. Sepulveda in New York, where she developed deep expertise in corrective skincare, advanced facials, and results-driven treatment protocols designed to complement medical aesthetic procedures.

She also spent 15 years working with renowned skincare educator Marlene Weber, further refining her knowledge of skin health, advanced facial techniques, and clinical product formulation.

Throughout her career, Sara has earned over 20 advanced certifications and remains committed to staying current with the latest technologies and innovations in aesthetic skincare. In addition to clinical skincare, she is also a licensed permanent makeup artist, combining precision, artistry, and aesthetics to enhance natural beauty.

At Fifth & Derm, Sara’s philosophy is simple: beautiful skin comes from a balance of clinical precision and personalized care. Every treatment is thoughtfully customized to improve skin health, restore confidence, and deliver visible, lasting results.
